DAKAR CAJOU EXPORT

Our Process – From Farm to Table

The process of RCN procurement at Dakar Cajou Export involves several crucial steps to ensure the highest quality product reaches our clients. Every batch of RCN undergoes a detailed inspection process, ensuring that we only export the best.

Step 1: Sourcing

We partner with local farmers and cooperatives in Senegal to source the highest-quality RCN. These farmers follow best practices for harvesting, ensuring that the nuts are of superior quality. By building strong relationships with these farmers, we ensure that the RCN we export are fresh, healthy, and of the highest caliber.

Step 2: Quality Check

Once the RCN is harvested, they undergo a meticulous quality check. The Lbs, Nut count and Moisture Content is carefully measured to ensure that each batch meets our exact specifications. At this stage, we inspect the cashews for size, shape, and any potential imperfections. Only the best nuts are selected for further processing.

Step 3: Drying

To ensure the best possible shelf life and preserve the color of the cashews, we carefully dry the RCN. This crucial step eliminates excess moisture, extending the shelf life of the cashews while ensuring that they maintain their vibrant color—a characteristic that is highly valued in the market.

Step 4: Packaging and Export

After drying, the RCN is packaged in jute bags or PP bags, designed to protect the nuts during transit. We then ship our cashews to various destinations worldwide, working with experienced logistics partners to guarantee timely and safe delivery.
