Visual Inspection
Every batch of RCN undergoes a visual inspection to assess its overall quality. We look for uniformity in size and color and inspect for any defects. Our cashews are inspected carefully by trained professionals who ensure that each nut meets our exacting standards.
Size and Weight Count
Each batch of RCN is measured for its Lbs, Nut Count, and Moisture Content to ensure consistency in quality across all shipments.
Drying and Color
Color plays a crucial role in the appeal and marketability of RCN. Our drying process ensures the preservation of the nuts, vibrant color, and freshness while maintaining the ideal shelf life.
Packaging
After the quality checks are completed, we package the RCN in jute bags or PP bags to ensure they remain protected during transit. This packaging method helps maintain the nuts' quality, color, and texture upon arrival.
